Upon your arrival at Indore Railway Station or Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to Ujjain. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for a while. In the evening, visit the sacred Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and experience the magnificent Shri Mahakal Lok Corridor, beautifully illuminated after sunset. The spiritual atmosphere and grand architecture create a truly unforgettable experience. After darshan, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Ujjain.

After breakfast, begin your day with the divine blessings of Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple. Later, continue your sightseeing tour of the holy city of Ujjain, visiting the renowned Harsiddhi Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, Gadkalika Temple, Rinmukteshwar Mahadev Temple, Ranmukteshwar Temple, Triveni Ghat, Shani Temple, Sandipani Ashram, Kajal Rani Caves, along with other important local attractions. In the evening, you may enjoy an optional boat ride on the holy Narmada River and witness the serene Narmada Aarti at Aarti Ghat, After Aarti darshan back to hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Omkareshwar.

  • All transfer and sightseeing by AC vehicle as per package (Dzire for 2 Person, Ertiga for 4 Person, Innova Crysta for 6 Person & tempo traveller for above 12 people).
  • 03 Breakfast and 3 dinners for all in Ujjain, and Omkareshwar hotel.
  • All toll, parking, car charges as per itinerary, fuel charges, Driver allowances and state tax as per itinerary.
  • Sightseeing of Ujjain & Omkareshwar.
  • Other Package Inclusion as per the Hotel.

  • Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered-Lunch.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.

  • Entry fees or permits for Shri Mahakal Bhasma Aarti darshan.
  • Night transfer for Shri Mahakal Bhasma Aarti darshan if any.

  • Entry tickets, guide charges, adventure activities or optional tours unless mentioned.
  • GST will be charged 5% on total invoice.

Payment Policy

  • Package confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
  • Advance payment required 60 percent of total amount at the time of confirmation.
  • Balance payment must be completed before 3 days of travel date or as per company policy.
  • Rates may change until booking is confirmed.

Important Notes

  • Shri Mahakal Bhasma Aarti entry passes and permits are not included in the package. Guests are requested to arrange their bookings independently, subject to availability.
  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
  • Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
  • Government taxes or entry rules may change without prior notice.
  • Please carry original ID proof (Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License/etc.-No Pan Card allowed as ID proof) for security purpose & hotel policy.

Terms and Conditions

  • This is proposed service costing for minimum 2, 4 or 6 people travelling together.
  • We are not holding any confirmed rail, air ticket and hotel reservation for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Any meal and services unless specified at the time of booking.
  • Hotel rates are dynamic it may change at the time of booking as per availability.
  • Prices are subject to change during peak season, long weekends, public holidays, festival periods, special events, conferences, exhibitions, and high-demand wedding dates due to fluctuations in hotel tariffs, transportation costs, and service availability.

Cancellation Policy

Amendment Rules: Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
Refund Rules:Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.
Cancellation:-All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of INR 3000.00 minimum or 10 % of the Booking Amount whichever is higher. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further cancellation charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show, early check-out or unused services.
  • Cancellation requests must be shared in writing.
  • From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of Rs 3000.00 per couple.
  • 45 -30 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
  • 30 -14 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
  • 14-10 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
  • 10 Days/No show 100% of tour cost
Please note: All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
